Meet Your Teacher
Lesley
Lesley is a certified Bikram Yoga & Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience and a deep-rooted passion for health, wellbeing, and mind–body transformation. Her journey into the wellness sector was profoundly shaped by a critical illness that forced her into post-menopause at the age of 32 — an experience that became the catalyst for her lifelong commitment to supporting others through hormonal change, recovery, and resilience.
Alongside running Align Studio, Lesley is also a Menopause and Burnout Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. She brings a unique blend of embodied practice, evidence-informed coaching, and compassionate insight to her work — helping clients navigate menopause, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions with strength and clarity. Known for her grounded, empowering approach, Lesley supports individuals to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build sustainable wellbeing from the inside out.
Bikram's 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises support adrenal health, support hormonal balance and encourage regulation through the shifts experienced during menopause. Heat amplifies the detoxifying benefits.

Our end-of-week ritual. 90 minutes of restorative yoga, breathwork and guided relaxation — a deep, unhurried unwind to close the week and prepare the body for rest.
Our Saturday session runs the full traditional 90 minutes. The original Bikram Yoga; to heal, replenish, restore and rebalance on a level that only exists in this 90 minute class, leaving you energised, clear and deeply restored.
